For commercial work please contact me

A deposit of 50% or full price is payable before work begins. No commission images will be allowed until the work is completed and paid in full.

Work duration within 3 weeks after reaching the queue. If there is a delay, we will inform you in advance.

If there is a deadline, please notify before ordering work.

You can request to edit your work two times, not counting cases where it is a mistake by me.

In the case of sudden cancellation of work after work has started, the deposit cannot be refunded. If I cancel the work or is unable to continue the work, a full refund will be given.

The finished work will be posted with a watermark and used in the artist's portfolio. If you don't want it, you can let us know. However, permission will be required every time.

The received files will be uploaded via google drive or send to your email after full payment. Files will be kept for a period of 3 months. If after the deadline it is necessary to clear the files. Please allow me to delete it without prior notice.

The work can be further decorated without notifying me.
